Turning Pollution into Resources

We invite you to join the 3rd Mission Lakes Webinar Series, a joint online event bringing together four EU-funded projects to explore how lake-related pollution can be transformed into valuable resources through circular, nature-based solutions.

ProCleanLakes, represented by Dr. Athena Economou-Amilli  from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, will contribute to the webinar with insights into the ecological and sustainable economic value of unique microalgae in oligotrophic lakes, highlighting how biodiversity conservation can support ecosystem resilience and local development.
