The Mission Ocean & Waters Forum and related Mission events are taking place next week, from 3–5 March, both in Brussels and online. These events bring together EU-funded projects, scientists, policymakers, and stakeholders to discuss innovative solutions for healthy and sustainable water ecosystems.

We are excited to share that ProCleanLakes, represented by Project Coordinator Dr. Anca-Iulia Stoica (BOKU) and our partner Miltos Gletsos (HSPN), will be actively participating in this year’s forum. Our team will be present alongside our sister projects — FERRO Project, EUROLakes, FutureLakes — and IDEATION, featuring a dedicated MissionLakes exhibition stand.

Visitors to our stand on the 5th of March will have the opportunity to:

• Exchange best practices in lake restoration and protection
• Learn about innovative tools and solutions developed by ProCleanLakes and our sister projects
• Take part in interactive and fun fishing games, designed to engage and educate

The Mission Ocean & Waters Forum also features a comprehensive programme of sessions, workshops, and panel discussions, covering topics such as water quality monitoring, ecosystem restoration, climate adaptation, and citizen engagement. This is a unique opportunity to connect with the Mission Ocean community, meet experts from across Europe, and discover the latest research and innovation in the field of water protection.
